Individual therapy at SHARE is a dedicated space to work through whatever you are carrying — anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity questions, trauma, or something that just feels hard to name. Our clinicians take the time to understand your full picture and build an approach that actually fits you. No scripts, no one-size-fits-all. Just real, skilled, human care.

What happens in sessions.

Sessions are 50 minutes, held weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs. Your clinician will get to know you in the first few sessions, then build a treatment plan together with you. You will work on skills, patterns, and insights that translate into daily life — not just what happens inside the therapy room. Appointments are available 6 days a week, both in-person in Clearwater and via telehealth across Florida.
