Licensed Therapist (LCSW / LMHC / RCSWI / RMHCI)
Clearwater, FL -- in-person and/or telehealth
We are seeking licensed and pre-licensed therapists to join our growing group practice. You will carry your own caseload, supported by clinical supervision, peer consultation, and a warm, collaborative team culture. Specialties in LGBTQ+ affirming care, neurodivergent populations, sex therapy, trauma, or eating disorders are a strong plus -- but what matters most is that you bring authenticity and a genuine commitment to inclusive care.
Office Manager -- Clearwater

The Office Manager plays a key role in keeping SHARE running smoothly and serving as a welcoming first point of contact for clients and clinicians alike. Responsibilities include front-desk operations, scheduling support, community outreach coordination, and ensuring our in-person office reflects the inclusive, warm environment we are known for. Strong organizational skills, comfort with digital tools, and a genuine interest in the mental health space are important. No clinical licensure required.
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
Clearwater, FL -- in-person and/or telehealth
We are looking for a board-certified PMHNP to provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and care coordination within our outpatient group practice. You will collaborate closely with our therapy team to deliver integrated, whole-person care. Experience with LGBTQ+ populations, neurodivergent clients, or complex mood and trauma presentations is warmly welcomed.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Therapist (LCSW / LMHC)
Clearwater, FL
SHARE is developing a Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) program and is seeking an interested licensed therapist to help shape and deliver this service. Ideal candidates have experience with psychedelic-informed therapy models or a strong clinical foundation in trauma, integration work, or somatic approaches, and are open to specialized KAP training.
