Getting Started
Getting started with SHARE.
You do not need to have it all figured out before you reach out. Here is exactly what the process looks like, step by step.
How it works.
Browse our clinicians.
Read about each clinician's background, specialties, and approach. Get a feel for fit before you reach out.
Schedule a free consultation.
Visit our client portal and request a free consultation. A team member responds within 1-2 business days.
Complete your prescreen form.
Provide your insurance information and basic mental health history so we can match you with the right clinician.
Meet your clinician.
Your first session is about getting to know each other. Come as you are -- there is nothing to prepare.
Build your treatment plan together.
After your first 1-2 sessions, your clinician will collaborate with you on a treatment plan that fits your goals, pace, and needs.
Keep showing up.
Healing is not linear. We meet you where you are every time. You can adjust session frequency, modality, and goals as you go.
Common questions.
How do I contact SHARE to get started?
You can call or text SHARE at (727) 241-7555, or use the client portal link on this page to request a free consultation.
How long before my first session?
After you submit your prescreen form, a team member typically reaches out within 1-2 business days to schedule your first session.
What insurance does SHARE accept?
SHARE is in-network with most major commercial insurance plans. Visit our insurance page for the full list, or call us to verify your specific plan.
What if my clinician does not feel like a fit?
Fit matters. If your first clinician is not the right match, we will work with you to find someone on the team who is. There is no penalty for asking.
Is telehealth available?
Yes. Telehealth is available statewide across Florida. Some clinicians are telehealth-only; others offer both in-person and telehealth.
Do you offer sliding scale fees?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. If cost is a barrier, reach out directly and we will discuss options.
What should I bring to my first session?
Just yourself. Your clinician will guide the conversation. If you have existing records or evaluations you would like to share, you can bring those too -- but they are not required.
