What happens in sessions.
Nutrition and wellness services at SHARE are offered as a complement to mental health treatment. Sessions may include one-on-one nutrition coaching, food relationship exploration, and coordination with your therapy team. Group fitness and wellness classes are available on a rotating schedule. Your clinician and wellness coach work in coordination to ensure your physical and mental health goals align and reinforce each other.
