Groups & Classes

Community care that meets you where you are.

SHARE hosts a variety of groups, workshops, and classes specific to almost all needs. Whether you are working on a specific clinical goal, exploring community with others who share your experience, or simply looking for structured support outside of individual sessions, our groups offer a powerful complement to one-on-one work. Groups are led by SHARE clinicians and are kept intentionally small to preserve a sense of safety and connection.

Who it is for.

  • Current SHARE clients looking to supplement their individual therapy
  • Community members who prefer peer support in a structured clinical environment
  • LGBTQ+ individuals seeking community-based mental health support
  • People in eating disorder or addiction recovery looking for group accountability
  • Neurodivergent adults who learn and grow through shared experience
  • Anyone wanting affordable access to clinical support in a group format

What happens in sessions.

Group sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes and meet weekly or bi-weekly. Each group has a clear focus and is facilitated by a SHARE clinician. Topics and availability change seasonally — contact us to learn about current offerings. Virtual groups are available statewide; some in-person groups are offered from the Clearwater office. Groups are closed after the first session to preserve trust and group cohesion.
